Chinese New Year Celebration 2008
The Year of The Rat
The Edinburgh Chinese School New Year celebration took place on Sunday,
3rd February 2008 at the Festival Theatre. We would like to thank
everyone who took part in the show and all those who have supported us
throughout this event.
Please take the time to fill out our evaluation form to help us make future improvements. This
year the Scottish Arts Council stopped their funding for this cultural
event. As the School is a charity, it was a big financial burden for us
to organise this event. Thank you to those who responded to our appeal.
We are
always in need of your support in the promotion of Chinese culture
through donations or helping us in any way. Your generosity will be
greatly appreciated. Donations should be made payable to Edinburgh
Chinese School.

The Edinburgh Chinese School is a non-profit making and non-political
charitable organisation. Our event is to celebrate Chinese New Year and
all artists and guests were advised that no political references should
be made. Edinburgh Chinese School accepts no liability or
responsibility for anything said or inferred by anyone on the Stage.
